About Me

Maryann Regal is a top performing REALTOR with Gulf Shores Realty in Venice, Florida.  A native New Yorker but most of my 35+ career in real estate was in Connecticut and have also sold real estate (and lived) in Manhattan for a brief time.
When I first came to Venice, it was instant love.  The downtown reminds me so much of the quaint New England towns and it just felt like home.  That was 16 years ago and I still love it – working and living in Sarasota County– otherwise known as “Paradise”-
Over the years, I have built a successful real estate career through continued dedication to helping my clients achieve their real estate goals and fulfill their dreams.  I have made many lasting friends in the process and look forward to making many more.
In my spare time, I am very involved with the Venice Theatre and am a member of the Silver Foxes theater group. I also belong to a 60”s girl group called “The Goodies”.
