About Me

Matt, a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, developed a love for the Smoky Mountains area when he moved to Tennessee at an early age. Through many moves across the South over the past twenty years with his previous career, the Smokies would always hold a special place in his heart. When given the opportunity to travel with his wife + kids, Matt jumped at the opportunity, selling hishobby farm in Alabama and not knowing when or where he would root himself again. During his travels across the U.S., Matt expressed interest in getting his realestate license, something that would allow him to combine his love for homes + land with embracing local community. It came as no surprise that after nearly two years of travel Matt’s “dream property” became available in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains and taking root provided the opportunity for him to pursue his interest in real estate. Matt closed a million in sales within his first 60-days as an agent. He’s passionate about all the Smokies has to offer and while he’s fostering relationships with locals and eager to serve them, his specialty has been serving remote clients.
