About Me

Michael’s passion for real estate started at a young age, following his dad, a general contractor, and real estate investor, from job site to job site. Overtime he saw and experienced many of the day-to-day activities and experiences that make up the real estate market and began a great love and appreciation for the business. After graduating from The College of DuPage with a degree in business in 2006, he worked with his family business by managing rental properties in Chicago and eventually working on various new construction and rehab projects.

Michael’s real estate experience greatly increased after the housing market collapse of 2008-09. The business was not only uniquely prepared to weather the storm but to come out stronger on the other side. Our diligent property management and “all-in” work ethic enabled us to increase our portfolio from 350 apartments to 640 apartments across a few locations in the Midwest. During this time, Michael worked on the property acquisitions by doing market research, comparable studies, property inspections, collaborating with attorneys/ HUD personnel and coordinating with inspectors and city/government officials. Soon after, the company would grow to a portfolio value of over $50+M, including over 800 apartments, and Michael focused more on property management. As the years passed, he has helped to implement more efficient ways to operate and run the business that has resulted in savings of money and time.

In 2018, Michael also became a licensed Realtor to help friends and family who needed help to buy/sell a property and wanted to work with someone they could trust. He is someone they could trust to help market and network their properties beyond the surface level, guide them through the process, and always have their best interest in mind. His experience and knowledge of the real estate industry tools, resources, marketing and advertising programs are tuned to meeting the needs and goals of his clients. He understands that meeting his clients’ expectations is of utmost importance and this has been instrumental to their success and satisfaction.

Michael, his wife, Lidia, 2 sons, Michael and Matthew and dog, Blue, are now happy residents of The Woodlands.
