MY REAL ESTATE CAREER began later in my life, after over a decade of working in print advertising in the publishing field as a graphic designer/desktop publisher. My graphic design skills are what brought me to Coldwell Banker-Best Realty. After working there for awhile, my broker began insisting that I would be a great agent with my skill set and personality. Since many of the requirements to take the RE sales exam were met with my recent years of college education, there were not many classes required before sitting for the exam. I’d prepared very well over 4 days, so it was an easy test for me.
It was a great experience working at Coldwell Banker since so many clients came into the office ready to buy or sell. I was familiar with the procedures for buyers and sellers – I worked with my broker and learned quickly about the many different aspects of the real estate transaction; no two are the same with every day presenting its own unique set of challenges; it’s the best “job” I’ve ever had.
As a Realtor® here in NW Stockton, my goal is to help as many people as possible to achieve their real estate investment goals, and build wealth for future generations. Let me help.
Until we can meet to discuss your specific real estate goals, please be safe and stay well.
