Nicholas’ understanding of new construction, from the sale of a lot to the marketing of a completed home, combined with his comprehensive knowledge of market trends and his strong
negotiating skills have been extremely beneficial to his many clients throughout Houston. Nicholas worked for seven years in the Marketing Real Estate and Engineering organization of one of the world’s largest oil and gas companies prior to becoming a Realtor and holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. He is active in several community organizations, is self-motivated, and very responsible and thorough in his follow-up.
