Bringing nearly 20 years of extensive knowledge in the real estate industry, most of which are from within multi-family real estate industry, including in-depth knowledge of all product types. Previous experience as a Leasing Consultant, Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager, Regional Leasing Manager, and Director of Marketing has helped me understand all facets of the multifamily industry which provides a foundation that enables me to bring successful expertise in repositioning, accounting, compliance, marketing, training, team building, and innovative thinking prove invaluable to unique investment strategies to both buyers and sellers. With a creative and artistic talent, I have the keen ability to solve problems through innovation and resourcefulness and with a proven ability to persevere, while meeting project goals through complex demands. My extensive knowledge in outside marketing and leasing techniques continues to reinforce the ability to provide superior leadership and guidance to buyers/sellers. I have maintained excellent client relationships and have cultivated an impressive industry wide referral network. One of my wide-ranging abilities is being fluent in Spanish, while being open minded and sensitivity to cultural diversity.
