I was born in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and reared in Newberry, South Carolina. I retired as a Sergeant Major in the United States Army Reserves in 1999. I received my real estate license in 1978. I have experience in new construction, residential, commercial, property investment and acreage. We also have a rental department within our agency.

Frankly, the market is always fluctuating and it is always a good time to invest in a home, especially if you are renting. The time is certainly good for the first time home buyers and if you are looking for a larger home.
