Patricia has been a Realtor for 22 years. She struggled at the beginning of her real estate career
to understanding what was the best way to assist her clients. Her broker worked with her some and then recommended that she take a few specialty courses to aid her in her knowledge and expertise.
In the beginning, she ignored her broker’s advice.
This story perfectly sums up the kind of agent Patricia is and. the type of agent she continuously strives to be the best for her clients. Patricia Was taught at a young age that if you want to succeed in
life, you have to work for it. She certainly worked hard in all that she attempted to accomplish.
Patricia found her niche working with first-time home buyers and foreclosed properties as her area of expertise and the challenges that these two areas of real estate present. She decided to take her broker’s advice and take the specialty courses after all. She was anxious to gain a higher level of expertise that would give her more credibility. She moved forward and obtained her GRI designation (Graduate of Realtor Institute).which is a way to stand out to buyers and sellers as a Realtor who has gained in-depth market knowledge and proficiency in a broad area of real estate professionalism and business success. Patricia gained her ABR designation (Accredited Buyers Representative which gives her the knowledge needed to work with buyers and sellers in all areas of the home purchasing process. Patricia felt she needed additional accreditation. So she also obtained her SRS Designation (Seller Representative Specialist) to elevate her professional standard of working with sellers.
Patricia also learned to evaluate new construction so she could properly advise buyers and sellers on how to recognize a well-built home and spot one with problems.
Patricia currently lives in Camp Verde with her numerous pets, 2 dogs, 1 cat, and three sheep. In her free time, she enjoys reading, television, knitting, puzzling, playing music in her church and eating out with various friends.
