Paul Patterson is one of the Ashland, Kentucky mostly highly experienced agents, who brings a wide range of skills and knowledge to assist you in your real estate endeavors.

Paul is a native of Ironton, Ohio but grew up in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in Pre-Law and Criminal Justice and a Minor in History. He and his wife Kathy just celebrated 27 years of marriage and they have 4 children and 8 grandchildren.

Paul presently volunteers as a varsity football coach at Russell High School with 22 year’s experience with 2 state championships and 3 runners-up.

He is a retired Federal Law Enforcement officer who had a 28 year career with the United States Department of Justice with 4 years in the Mid-Atlantic Regional Office. He served as the Hostage Negotiation Team Leader for 5 years and a Hostage Team Tactical Liaison for 10 years. He was also a Federal Firearms Instructor for 17 years. He has many years experience as a home builder in the Myrtle Beach area and Southeastern Kentucky.
