10 years as a Local Real Estate Broker and previously spent years as a Fee Based Financial Advisor and as a Business Consultant. I still apply a very personal consultative approach to Real Estate. When you become my client we will work closely to determine your exact goals. When buying that means knowing your full plan. How will the property need to be used down the road as well as today? When selling it means not doing what traditional Real Estate agents do. Your property is a commodity, my job is to market that property to maximize the price in the set amount of time. THIS MEANS ACTIVELY PURSUING BUYERS! Not expecting the listing alone to bring buyers to you. I build true commercials for the property, buy buyer data and actively call them, pay for 3rd party online advertising, employ additional people to help, as just a few examples. Just as important is my decades experience as a professional negotiator. These skills aren’t taught to new real estate agents. My approach leads to problem solving through the challenges that can arise. I have honed the ability to not only stay level headed but to guide all parties involved to remain calm, engaged, and interested.
