About Me

With many years of experience in the Chicagoland Real Estate market and now in Austin, I (Rich Knapp) have the knowledge to serve my clients with expert advice. With an MBA from Loyola University – Chicago, my background includes sales experience in the dot com space. My extensive sales background is a plus for my clients.

I practice Residential and Commercial Real Estate. I have a Development start-up with my son Jack, Civil Engineer. It’s called Knapp Real Estate Group.

I have three grown children who are excelling in life. I (Rich Knapp) have years of experience coaching Travel Hockey, Soccer, and the Special Olympics. I enjoy playing Golf, Hockey, biking, kayaking, and working out. I volunteer with veteran groups and with Texas Rowing for All.

I love Real Estate because I like to help people. I’m part of The A-Team here at JBGoodwin Realtors. The A-Team has over 15 years of experience in the Austin real estate market.
