Richard (Rick) Kaczor earned his realtor license and began his part-time sales career in 2005 while working full time for the FBI in Albany. His early clients were coworkers who needed to buy or sell their homes due to job relocations. Born and raised in this area, Rick knows the region well. He’s good at research, tracking details, managing paperwork and getting the job done. After 30 years with the Bureau, he retired and turned to real estate full time.

As a seasoned realtor, Rick understands that buying or selling your home is one of the biggest decisions you will make. He’s a good listener who pays attention to details and strives to fully understand your needs. His dedication shows in his responsiveness and follow-through. Though he works with all clients, Rick specializes in new construction. Building a home involves more specifics, and Rick has the knowledge and patience to simplify the project and keep it moving forward. He takes the time to walk through building sites, help avoid missteps and guide the design and selection processes.
