About Me

This is not my favorite thing to do, talking about myself. It isn’t that I am modest, it is that it is simply awkward.
Yet, here you are, here I am so – let us both share.
My roots are with my husband, our now adult kids and family. We landed in Auburn because my husband is a country boy, and I am a city girl. Auburn is plopped right in the middle of both worlds. Perfect for us!
I have been in the real estate industry since 2006. I specialize in the listing-centric population of people who look to sell their home.
_ I encourage all my clients to pro-actively monitor their homes value. I do_ I am a Realtor, and I am a homeowner too! This one simple step nurtures and informs my homeowner and home buyer clients of the changes in the market and keeps awareness fresh with the market that is close to where their homes are located. This method of monitoring value should be used for each home that is owned as the primary residence as well as for any landlord/rental/investment properties including estate and trust properties. This method is most helpful during real estate trends and shifts that of which are being experienced now, here in early 2023.
_What is the importance of monitoring the value of your real estate?
I wish we were actually talking about this face to face… Ok, when you have the ability, during your tenure as a homeowner, to choose home equity projects that are most likely to increase home equity in any market, it is always a benefit to you and your bottom line as a homeowner, in the long run.

_ How do you start?
We talk! We will have a preliminary consultation together where you choose your topics of interest. Those can range from setting up to Monitoring your homes value all the way to leasing in this market, As-is/Rehab/Cash Offer consultations, Short-sale/Foreclosure consultations, Buying while Selling, Estate and Trust real estate options. _ You can ask any real estate question based on what is important to you at any phase during your real estate holdings and since the real estate market is Life-cycle driven, no matter the current market trends, bubble and etcetera – people are always moving.
