My roots are with my husband, our now adult kids and family. We landed in Auburn because my husband is a country boy, and I am a city girl. Auburn is plopped right in the middle of both worlds. Perfect for us!

_ I encourage all my clients to pro-actively monitor their homes value. I do_ I am a Realtor, and I am a homeowner too! This one simple step nurtures and informs my homeowner and home buyer clients of the changes in the market and keeps awareness fresh with the market that is close to where their homes are located. This method of monitoring value should be used for each home that is owned as the primary residence as well as for any landlord/rental/investment properties including estate and trust properties. This method is most helpful during real estate trends and shifts that of which are being experienced now, here in early 2023.

I wish we were actually talking about this face to face… Ok, when you have the ability, during your tenure as a homeowner, to choose home equity projects that are most likely to increase home equity in any market, it is always a benefit to you and your bottom line as a homeowner, in the long run.
