About Me

Tri-Cities Washington is a great place to live and work, which is why Sam chose to call it home. With roots in Umatilla, Oregon, Sam came to Tri-Cities in January 2020. Real estate is a passion for Sam. With her background in Economics, it is easy to see why more than 35 families in 2021 called her for help buying and selling.
Sam has been a part of the Keller Williams family for 2 years, but she isn’t just passionate about helping families find their next home. Sam is serving on her https://www.facebook.com/samgrealty/about/?ref=page_internal
brokerages Agent Leadership Council for 2022. With just 2 years of real estate experience, she was asked to join this group that is comprised of 7 of the top 20% of agents in her brokerage of nearly 200 people. Sam joined this council to push her to grow outside her comfort zone but also to pursue her love of training. She is Chair of the Productivity Committee, using her experience to train agents of all levels to break through and reach the next level of Production.
When Sam isn’t helping families find their next home or helping agents with their goals, you will find her relaxing at home, crafting, baking, or loving on her 3 dogs, Zada, Zola, and Zena.
