Licensed for 10 years as of October 2022. My approach with clients and potential clients, is to be honest, the most ethical and not “salesie.”
Understanding that Real Estate is one of the biggest assets you will ever invest in, I believe there is opportunity in every market and the right time to invest in Real Estate is when YOU are ready and have your ducks in order.
I pride myself in my ability to make my clients knowledgeable and comfortable during either the Sale or Purchase of their property. I am proud to be bilingual, fully fluent in Spanish as well. I studied Business Management Economics at UC Santa Cruz and after that while living in Los Angeles I took Real Estate university courses at San Bernardino State just for fun, while completing an advanced math program at another area college.
I not only love Real Estate, but also prioritize volunteering and serving my community whenever I can. I volunteer with Sacramento Area Realtor Association when they hold their “Home Improvements for Veterans” event in Sacramento County. I also help the School District of Natomas by interpreting for them on occasion. I have also recently been asked by my brokerage firm to serve as a mentor/coach for new agents and look forward on embarking on training many more ethical and knowledgeable Realtors.
