Steve is a self-described people lover who enjoys helping his clients make their home-buying and selling dreams come true. He truly delights in getting to know his buyers and sellers and works hard to make lasting connections with his clients.
Before becoming a REALTOR®, Steve was a manager in manufacturing. In that role, he wrote and executed business plans and negotiated contracts for raw materials. After spending several years in manufacturing, Steve was ready for a change. He was spending too much time away from his family and wanted a career that could leverage his strengths with people.
Steve decided to pivot and use his experience in manufacturing to become a top-performing REALTOR®. Negotiation is his specialty; he’s been doing it most of his professional life! But Steve is also an excellent planner who can coordinate several moving parts of a plan with agility.
Those skills, combined with his ability to connect with people and form meaningful relationships, have set him up for success as a REALTOR®. In addition, Steve pays attention to his clients’ wants and needs to guide them to the best possible outcome.
Steve’s uncanny ability to read a room has proven pivotal in his career. He knows just how to put people at ease with his positivity and listening skills. And when challenges arise, Steve shines. In fact, overcoming obstacles is one of his favorite aspects of being an agent!
Steve helps buyers and sellers of residential real estate in Lancaster, York, Hershey, Lebanon, and Berks counties, and parts of Harrisburg. The Volpone Team has won numerous Chairman’s Circle Awards, and Steve is a previous recipient of the President’s Leadership Award.
When he’s not working with clients, you can find Steve spending time with his family, volunteering at one of his many charitable pursuits, fishing, or playing guitar.
