About Me

With almost 30 years of combined experience, Steve and Helen Nimeh are a husband and wife team that specialize in facilitating transactions for clients in times of transition and growth. Both are Southern California natives, Steve was born in Torrance and raised in the South Bay, while Helen was born in Hollywood and spent a majority of her life in the valley, primarily Burbank. Together they are very well versed with many areas from Los Angeles to Orange County. Currently, they reside in Redondo Beach. They have been married for 16 years, but have know each other since they were teenagers. They have 3 beautiful girls, Chloe, Olivia and Charlotte. Steve has a Bachelor Degree in Business Finance, with experience in construction, flip projects and investments. Helen spent 12 years in radio before transitioning into real estate sales where she found her passion working with Steve in what they both love to do.
