My name is Susan Wells. I specialize in Residential Real Estate. I moved to the Frisco area in 1992 following a career in corporate retail. At that time, Frisco’s population was 6500 people. I have watched the north Texas area explode in a few short years. My 30 years in the industry give me an advantage in negotiating and marketing a home you wish to sell or a home you wish to purchase. My husband and I are members of Cross Ridge Church in Little Elm, serving families of all the surrounding areas. My passion is people.
