About Me

I have lived in the Upstate for for close to 30 years and practiced real estate for 2 decades. My husband and I founded a Real Estate team, The Clever People LLC, in 2009, and we LOVE South Carolina!

I am an amazing wife (just ask my husband!) and a thankful mom to three “adult” children and one furbaby, Sage (my beloved pound puppy). Our daughter is a pediatric nurse, our oldest son graduated from the Citadel and is now an agent on our real estate team, and our youngest son just graduated from high school. We love the Upstate and are foodies, who spend a lot of time eating in Downtown Greenville as well as enjoying summer days at our lake home and on boat on Lake Hartwell – it’s also an AirBnB so let me know if you want to visit! We love the weather in SC and enjoy cooking, eating and finding fun activities in our surrounding towns. I also love yoga, and if you’re an early riser, you can come to a 5:30am HOT power yoga class that I teach at our local YMCA!

Having “grown up” in the Upstate, I know a tremendous amount about how the surrounding towns “feel” as they each offer a different type of lifestyle and amenities. When people are ready to sell or buy, I am able to use my historical knowledge of the area to help them bring all the pieces together to create the most seamless experience.

My robust marketing package has allowed our team to become the #1 Team in Anderson County (*backed by data based upon unit sales in the MLS). Our current marketing strategy is so strong that currently, we are able to net sellers MORE MONEY than they could make, even if they elected to sell by owner.

I am a skilled buyers agent, given my knowledge of the area market (currently serving Anderson, Pickens, Oconee and Greenville Counties). My knowledge of loans, tax benefits, etc make me a strong resource for buyers. A long time native and consumer in my marketplace, I am able to share historical knowledge of trends and best forecast the future so my clients can feel confident about their investments.

I’ve earned two of our industry’s highest accreditations: Certified Residential Specialist and Pricing Strategy Advisor and am always working to increase my knowledge to be able to best protect my clients.
