About Me

Tara Haefner, PA has lived in Florida her entire life, and in Central Florida for over 25 years. She resides in the Sanford/Lake Mary area with her husband, Bruce and two children, Megan and Chandler. Her education background includes an A.S degree in Hospitality management and B.S in Early Childhood Education. She managed her family restaurant for 20+ years, until it was sold in 2012. From 2002-2003 she partnered with her Mother at Coldwell banker, but found it difficult with raising two young children. Now, with her children being of an older age, she decided to join the awesome Keller Williams team in 2014. She’s loving it, and has built up quite a loyal customer base. She became a top producer in a short time and has earned many awards, including top sales, top listings and KW’s cultural reward. Education is key to her, so she is constantly taking courses or workshops to build up her knowledge bank, including becoming a Senior Real Estate Specialist, Negotiation Expert and New Home Sales Consultant. She also enjoyed being on the ALC ( Agent Leadership Council), so she could be a part in helping her market center grow. Tara also gets to share her expertise in certain areas of real estate by teaching classes at her market center. She calls her real estate job her “treasure hunting” job, because finding the perfect home is like finding a treasure for her clients!
