In addition to her primary job functions, Tonya has been recognized by clients and peers alike for her extraordinary commitment to close the deal.Tonya’s passion for serving others can be traced back to her missions project, where she spent significant time working on creative ways in helping the less fortunate. As a Realtor, she specializes in creative financing.Tonya has worked in the Real Estate industry for 2 decades, gaining experience in PreForeclosures, VA Buyers, Expired home sales , and working closely with Investors. As a seasoned Associate Broker, she is passionate about advancing home buyers and sellers to obtain their real estate dreams. In addition to Real Estate, she is also involved in Ministry and Missions work. Outside of the office, Tonya enjoys motivating the masses, cooking, and spending time loving her 10 grandchildren.
