He owned and managed his own boutique firm, Leading Homes of Greenwich, which was bought by William Raveis in 2001. Although he has done both residential and commercial real estate transactions, he specializes in residential. He is well known in the real estate community and enjoys a good working relationship with the other brokers in his community.
Among Ward’s accomplishments he earned is Broker’s degree in 1996. He is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), and he has earned a AHWD (At Home with Diversity) degree. He is licensed in Connecticut and New York.
