No, there is no monthly fee of any kind.

Yes and No. Basically, we  provide real estate agents with referrals and we have a standard referral agreement that allows us to be paid 25% on closed clients.

The signup fee goes towards our tech and design team who has designed a customized, effective campaign within our CRM which not only ensures the professional stays connected with the leads and also automatically updates and stays on top of each prospect without inconveniencing the agent or client for constant updates, once configured.
