Lombardo Homes, founded in 1961 by Cosimo and Antoinette Lombardo, is a premier home developer and builder in Southeastern Michigan. Anthony, President; Anna Lisa, Corporate Controller; Cathy, Director of Property Management; and Sebastian, Vice President are the second generation of Lombardos to carry on their unique hands-on approach and sincere devotion to workmanship and client satisfaction. Together, they continue to uphold their parents’ commitment to quality and client satisfaction. Lombardo built its first single-family subdivision in Warren more than 50 years ago and swiftly grew to become one of Macomb County’s top property development and construction companies. Lombardo expanded into land acquisition, land development, and lot sales to other builders, buying developed lots from other developers and concentrating on niche markets that have seen consistent growth for the past 50 years.
