About the Builder
William J Wolf founded Maronda Homes in 1972. Mr. Wolf went out on his own after years of working in the home building sector to develop outstanding new homes at a reasonable price. With this mindset, more people will be able to afford a new build home.
To retain this mindset for our existing and prospective consumers, we continue to streamline our process while using high-quality products. Our goal will always be to develop homes that are cheap without sacrificing quality or style.
