In 2017, Stanley Martin joined the Daiwa House Group. Daiwa House is one of the world’s largest real estate and development firms. Stanley Martin has been able to grow into additional metro regions as part of a national expansion strategy thanks to their help.
They expanded by investing in businesses to better serve homebuyers as Stanley Martin grew to become one of the largest homebuilders in the United States. Their goal is to create a smooth transaction for every home buyer with our chosen mortgage company and partnerships with custom homes and title agencies.
