Since 1979, Landed Gentry Homes and Communities has been an active member of the Northwest business community. Landed Gentry began as a small real estate sales and brokerage firm, founded by Kendall and Nancy Gentry. Landed Gentry has developed over the years to accommodate the demands of the community, and now, in addition to sales, it offers land development and new home construction in communities with active adults, condominiums, and all-age villages. Despite the fact that the firm has developed significantly over the years, it remains family-owned and run. Kendall and Nancy, as well as their son Brian Gentry and daughter Kendra Gentry-Decker, remain active in the company’s daily operations. Landed Gentry creates master-planned communities that cater to the needs of homeowners and residents.
