Brian has extensive experience in financial services. His experience spans from working as a banker in 2006 for Washington Mutual to then later working for Wells Fargo and to eventually working as a Retirement Benefits specialist with the County of Los Angeles. Later he would become a Federal Financial Institutions Regulator (2012) for National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) under the FFIEC (Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council). Working as a regulator, Brian established several relationships with many Credit Union CEO’s and their sponsors. Brian has an expanded network of Financial Institution personnel, regulators, CPA Firms, and Law firms stemming from his 5 ½ year experience working as a financial institutions regulator. Some of the major regulatory experience Brian carries comes from specialized lending in areas of FNMA (Fannie Mae) and FHLMC (Freddie Mac) examination oversight as well as CFPB SAFE ACT compliance. Brian has dually been in the insurance industry for more than 12 years beginning in 2007 as a licensed insurance agent. Combining his insurance license with his financial industry experience makes him a well-rounded enterprise risk manager to assist with businesses in their overall balance sheet management and cost control objectives much like what was applied during his regulatory experience. Real Estate comes naturally from Brian as another primary nature as he has considerable hands on experience with the contractual review and regulatory review.
