About Me
In 2013, after years of successfully working in the dot com world, the radio world, and the show promotion arena, Liz decided that she wanted to work for herself and began her real estate career.
In less than 5 years, Liz earned her Brokers License in Pennsylvania. For the benefit of her clients, Liz has dedicated herself to increasing her professional skills, proficiency, and knowledge. In addition to her broker’s license, Liz holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS®) which is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers, and brokers and is held by only 3% of real estate professionals in the US. Also, Liz holds the following real estate professional designations and certifications: Seller Representative Specialist (SRS®), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), Military Relocation Professional (MRP®), At Home with Diversity (AHWD®), and e-PRO® which is dedicated to making the most of today’s social media and technology to help her clients with their real estate needs.
Liz passionately explains, “These aren’t a collection of letters after my name; each and everyone has provided me with the knowledge that positively benefits my clients in their real estate transactions.”
I believe that to truly understand the needs of my clients, I need to be involved in all facets of our Real Estate Industry. I am a strong believer in investing in real estate and owning rental properties. In addition, I have successfully built and sold spec homes which gives me a first-hand understanding of new construction and all its complexities. Having personal experience and interest in these real estate specialties provides me with vast knowledge that benefits my clients.
Outside of the real estate office, Liz is an avid photographer, kayak-er, and dog lover.
