After working as a real estate sales associate for fourteen years, I (Herbert Vargas) decided to open AWARE REALTY INC and avail my expertise and knowledge of South Florida as a broker for sales, purchases, rentals, leases and property management transactions and services. This expertise is enhanced by my 33 years of experience as a professional civil engineer as well as my experience in the tennis industry as a Professional Tennis Instructor. The office is strategically located near the intersection of University Drive and Johnson Street in Pembroke Pines to be the number one real estate source for Cooper City, Davie, Hollywood, Miramar, Pembroke Pines, Plantation and Weston as well as the other communities in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties.
