Luz also uses her knowledge and experience gained from working 20 years with the City government to bring value to her client. She earned a Bachelor’s in Accountancy from NMSU and a Master’s in Public Administration from UTEP. Luz believes in continuous improvement, life-long learning, and building collaborative relationships with professionals in the real estate process.
