About Me

Melinda knows how stressful buying or selling a home can be. Lack of familiarity with contracts, deadlines, and the many requirements to successfully complete a transaction can be a very uncomfortable situation. Melinda’s former career as a financial advisor for a national securities brokerage firm trained her in investing, budgeting, and estate planning and how to be a great listener and negotiator. She knows the importance of focusing on buyers’ and sellers’ goals, then assisting them as they make important decisions that come with real estate purchases and sales.

A long-time resident of Winter Park, Melinda represents both buyers and sellers. She methodically tracks real estate trends and pricing in both established and new construction neighborhoods throughout four Central Florida counties and has a special fondness for working with first-time home buyers. Melinda is married to Mark, also a Realtor®, and enjoys the golf course lifestyle their home offers. In her spare time, you can find Melinda running, practicing yoga, planning events for her community of closely-knit neighbors, or occasionally teaching Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University class.
