After 20 years in Technology Management, Ned Laugharn eventually realized that his ultimate dream was to assist people with finding and moving into a new home. Ned knew a career in real estate would be a perfect fit due to his ability to connect with people and his experience balancing a fast-paced business, juggling many balls at once, and maintaining focus and organization throughout the process.

Ned is a proud homeowner in San Jose with his wife, two sons, and Golden Retriever Jax.
