Seychelle and her team are specialists in meeting the needs of sellers and buyers, and serves as the Team Director for Van Poole Properties Group, Keller Williams. Being named Top 30 Under 30 by the National Association of Realtors and in the top 1% of Realtors nationwide, her team is made up of expert negotiators, marketing and sales analysts, and is dedicated to making the buying and selling process stress-free and enjoyable.

Over 93% of Sellers get multiple offers when they work with Van Poole, and Buyers received two full time dedicated Realtors helping them to find and purchase a property whenever they work with us. Relocating buyers get access to personalized video tours, in person guides and out of town concierge service to assist them in finding the best locations, neighborhoods, schools and amenities in their home search.

Prior to joining Van Poole Properties Group in 2004, Seychelle worked in advertising at agencies in New York, Austin, and Dallas, and has a degree in Advertising from the University of Texas. Seychelle and her husband, Nick, enjoy investing in and remodeling homes, traveling, and reside in Dallas with their daughter, Quinn.
